About Me

I have recently made the return to Southern California from spending the last 9 years in the San Francisco Bay Area where I completed the National Holistic Institute's 1350 hour Advanced Neuromuscular Therapist and Health Educator Program. During my time working alongside a chiropractor, as well as in my own practice, I have had great success with clients who are experiencing chronic pain, headaches, and a long list of conditions such as plantar fasciitis, adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder), whiplash, carpal tunnel syndrome, nerve entrapments, scoliosis, TMJD, and knee injuries. Please contact me if you have any questions about your specific pain or injury.

In my past lives I was a competitive swimmer for Oregon State University studying Exercise and Sports Science and Sociology, followed by a 6 year stint in the U.S. Coast Guard. I love a good beach day, nature, climbing, creating and appreciating music and art.
